The following topics will be covered during this course:
- Diving can be one of the most exciting and rewarding activities you will ever experience. However, like most exciting activities, there are rules and procedures you must follow. Proper training is crucial to minimize risk and maximize enjoyment. Breathing in an underwater environment can be dangerous, or even deadly, if you don’t know the rules or if you chose to ignore them. The scuba industry verifies diver certifications as the diver comes into the dive store for air fills or contracts for dive charters. There is no such interaction with hookah diving systems. Once the system is purchased by a consumer, he might not ever have an inquiry about his training or diving experience.
- The course provides academic knowledge. To complete your training you’ll need to practice that knowledge in a controlled environment. Participation-in this water skills course with a professional scuba instructor will allow for review of your academic knowledge and practice your water skills.
- Your instructor will review with you the topics covered course and evaluate your comprehension of the course content. Next, they will arrange a series of dives in a controlled environment (a swimming pool) to practice breathing through a regulator and other water skills. He or she will share techniques to improve your efficiency and comfort in the water. By working closely with your instructor, you will become a better (and safer) diver.
